inWant to know how sponsorship changes lives?
Read Hope’s story…
Hope* grew up in a rural village in the jungles of Jharkhand. Her family was a tribal family who followed the religion of their ancestors – animism. In 2007, when our sponsorship program began Hope was one of the first children to sign up. She was blessed with a sponsor right away.
Hope’s sponsor spent the next several years supporting her monthly, pr*ying for her, sending her cards and small gifts. Hope was able to participate in every outreach project we held because her sponsor was active in their role. Hope attended a Chr*stian school, but she herself was not a bel*ever.
In the fall of 2015, Hope’s mother died unexpectedly. Soon after her death Hope and her father began seeing and hearing strange things around their house. They were soon tormented by evil spirits. Hope’s father asked Hope to go to ch*rch to ask bel*evers there to pr*y them to be freed from those tormenting spirits. So Hope went to ch*rch and was immediately surrounded by the love & care of local bel*evers. Soon she began to experience the LOVE that was setting her free. Then her father began to join her at ch*rch. The tormenting spirits left their home. While Pushpyar was in India in October he was able to see both Hope and her father and encourage them in their walk in true Freedom. And just last month we heard that Hope’s father took another step of commitment and is now following the Way wholeheartedly.
This is just one example of the IMPACT of sponsorship. All the seeds of Love that had been sown into Hope’s life, made a difference when she and her father needed it most. Thank YOU for considering sponsoring a child. What a great way to make a difference all through the year!

While Pushpyar was in India we were also able to order 17 more sets of desks & benches for our students at the J school. Thank you to all who helped with this project! We were so encouraged by all who gave so quickly to help get out students off the dirt floor.
We are so grateful for the quick response of you all in giving towards buying metal plates for our students at the J school. We needed 300 plates for our students.
Previously the children were supposed to bring a plate in order to receive lunch. Many more children were fed when we were able to purchase plates of our own! Thank you!!

inFoundations for the Future
Our wall is going up! We are so very excited to share these pictures with you of the boundary wall that has begun being built! While Pushpyar was on site in October {2016} he was able to complete the first 40 feet of the wall. There were two work days that he set up and over 20 local bel*evers came and helped the mason and other laborers that were hired. We have begun work on the next section of the wall but we need your help to keep going!
Every foot of wall that is built costs $25. Can you help us with this critical project?
This is the first major step towards permanent buildings and facilities at the J school.
You can help make our kids Safe & Strong! If you, your family, your church or small group sponsor a 10 foot section of the wall then YOU get to pick a scr*pture that will be painted on that section of the wall. Let’s help surround these precious kids with the Truth!

inWe gave out 400 HopePacks, along with instructing the children in some basic health & hygiene habits. The children loved the soft, brightly colored washcloths so much. It was so cute. We also were able to provide each child with 2 books in their own language about Cr*ation and G*d’s love for them each.
The food program is growing and we love seeing ALL our students have something to eat for lunch. Many times, without the feeding program, students come with no lunches. Our students are doing better and better on their exams and we believe it is due in large part to them having a healthy, vitamin packed lunch. Thank you for partnering with us and impacting the next generation!

inOur youngest, Isaac, is very outgoing, however he was not eager to go to many nationals in India. {Much to the disappointment of his grandparents! His Dadu & Dadi, however, soon learned his love language of food and they became fast friends.} Because he is the youngest everyone wanted to hold him, pinch his cheeks, or hold his hand, before long he was not having any of it. BUT he LOVED the driver we had hired to take us to the school & village meetings…like loved, loved him, would willing go with him anywhere, sat on his lap, would let him hold him & carry him around. One morning we were surprised when a new driver came to take us to the school. Pushpyar made some calls and found out that that our regular driver had fallen over the weekend and broken his collar bone…and he would be out of work for several weeks. With no medical insurance or sick days this was a big deal. Because of our relationship with him we were able to visit him at his house, m*nister to his entire family and pr*y with him to be healed. His wife was so happy to share her story, serve us cold drinks and have us in their humble home. All because a little boy asked to sit on his lap. G*d delights in using us each, no matter how young or old we are!

inEven in the midst of a battle, H* is there!
We had a divine appointment that only the L*rd could work out in Delhi on our way back to the USA. In the middle of all this, one of our children was struggling very much with the emotions of leaving the place we love, lack of sleep, extreme heat & nervousness about the long flights. Even in the very midst of this very real battle, the L*rd used them. We met with an unbelieving family, chatted a bit and then I took the children upstairs, while the adults stayed in the dining hall talking. Our child who had been only concentrating on their struggles and fears, suddenly looked up and said “Mom I think G*d just told me to give {Auntie} my B*ble.” So we packed it up and down they went to give their B*ble away. And because a child gave this gift it was much more readily received than if Pushpyar or I had done so. G*d uses us even in the midst of our battles!
